Strange times indeed.
Chicago Clearing Corporation (CCC) is open for business. The exemplary service you’ve grown accustomed to remains the same – CCC is tracking cases, receiving and normalizing data, filing claims, receiving and making payments, updating the reporting site and answering your questions.
The one difference is we’re working mostly remotely. We’re following CCC’s Business Continuity Plan. CCC has spent considerable time and resources preparing for such a contingency and all is working as planned.
Though your phone calls are being forwarded and answered, email is the best way to reach us. As always, emails sent to clientservice@chicagoclearing.com will be answered within twenty four hours, and almost always the same day. However, if you have an immediate need, you can still reach us by phone. If unanswered, leave a message and we will reply promptly. Lastly, we want to assure you that the same stringent data security protocols we employ remain in effect.
